Primary Colors

I have a busy week, since this is the first evening I actually have some time to craft. I really wanted to color this Wryn, as she is just lovely. I think this image is perfect for the Primary Colors challenge at Tiddly Inks blog, so I give it a shot!

Other challenges I'd like to join:

Craftin Desert Divas - Glitter (I used glitter design paper)
The Cutie Pie  - Cute & Dots & spots

I tried a new yoga school tonight and had a good and quite intensive class. Especially the final shoulder and headstand (scary!) exercises were heavy. Although I was a bit tired, I still wanted to make a card tonight. I made this one with the lovely dies by MFT. They go fantastic with the cuttlebug folder hugs & kisses. Since I don't have sentiment dies yet, I cut this one myself. Pretty happy with that one!

I'd like to join the following challenges:
Brown Sugar Challenge - Use die cuts or punches
Totally Paper Crafts - Valentine/Love
Diva's by design - Love

Everybody-Art-Challenge - Party time

Flow of love

I'm in a glow flow, since I won some digi's again! This time it was because I joined a challenge at the C.R.A.F.T. challenge blog. Thanks to all the DT members of this blog!

Although I usually don't do anything special for Valentine's Day (I think you should make all days special with your love), I still like to make valentine's card. For this one I used the sketch of Tuesday Morning Sketch as a base, on which I put pearls and lace, and an image by Wendy Burns. Love it! I also added some glow accents to the white heart, to give it something extra.

I'd also like to enter the following challenges:
4 Crafty Chicks - Use pearls
Copic Marker Europe - Valentine
ScrapbookerPhD - Hearts use pink and red
Crafting by Designs - Anything for love

Feeling Sketchy - a new stamp

I was already laying a jigsaw puzzle tonight, when I decided to also do some crafting. Since we have only one big table in the house, I just put my craft stuff on top of the puzzle, haha. I think I might need one of those big craft plates to work on. Or a store case for a puzzle would be suitable as well.

For this card I used my newest stamp set. It's from My Favorite Things and consists next to this cute girl of a even more cute doggie with a balloon at its tail. Really need to try that one soon!

For the layout I used the sketch from Feeling Sketchy (#49). I'd also like to join the following challenges:

C.R.A.F.T. Challenge - Get well soon ("Beterschap means Get well")
All Dressed up- Love inspired (and I think a get well card is made and send out of love :) )
4 Crafty Chicks - Banners and/or Flags

Sketchy Saturday with Gorjuss

I'm so happy, since I just found out that I won at Delicious Doodles! I'm feeling very honoured, thanks a lot! You really made my day.

Today I like to enter this card for the Sketch Saturday challenge. For this card I used one of the tips I saw lately: color your pearls with copics in any color you want. It really works good!

Sentiment: Tiddly Inks
Coloring: Copic markers

This morning I visited the Lift Challenge blog. They have a card that you should 'lift'. A fabulous price is provided by Bij Oma Dee, one of my favorite shops, so I really needed to join this one! I did this by using different design paper, a flower instead of a banner and altering the layout a little bit. I tried to keep the different elements. Since I don't have such large sentiment dies, I used a stamped one. I hope this is still fine to join!

My first Valentine's card. Since I just ordered these die-namics, I just had to make one. I really love the black cardstock, which has a kind of glimmer on it. I hope you like this one too and I wish you a nice evening!

I'd like to join the following challenges:

Cuttin and Stampin - Sweethearts
Flourishes Boutique - Red & Love
Cuttlebug Mania - Touch of red

Die-namics: MFT
Embossing folder: Cuttlebug
Design paper: Bo Bunny

Drawing some flowers

This afternoon I wanted to make a card for my mother, since our cat died this morning. How sad... I used the sketch of Sketch N' Dies to join their first challenge. This morning I was wondering around at websites about zentangling and doodling, so I gave it a try myself. Maybe not real 'zentangle', but still fun to use a self-made drawing for a card!

I'd also like to enter the following challenges:
Suzy Bee's Blooming Challenge - #14 Flowers
Delicious Doodles - Die cuts or punches

Dies: Marianne Design Craftables
Coloring: Copics

Cards Calore Encore - Add at least one element of bling
Rogue Redhead - Paper Piecing

Saturday Sketch

This Saturday started with an awful lot of sleep, which was pretty nice. Then the coming hours I spend on cleaning the house, doing the groceries and all that kind of dreary but nevertheless necessary stuff. And finally, late in the afternoon I found some time to spent on crafting. Yeeh!

For this card I used this week's sketch from Sketch Saturday. Looking around at Melissa's blog really made me want to use this stamp, so here it is. I tried to use a similar 'dot'-technique for the dragons as she did. I think I might need some different colors for the hair, maybe some YR colors. Unfortunately I have only one YR color yet, so I decided to stay with the Y colors for this one.

I'd also like to join the following challenges:
Left of Center - Cute/Creepy
Stempelsonne - Animals
